1. Licensed SPSV Drivers & Transport Regulations
All taxi and private transfer journeys booked through Ireland Airport Transfers (irelandairporttransfers.com) are operated by professional drivers holding a valid Small Public Service Vehicle (SPSV) driver licence issued by An Garda Síochána and regulated by the National Transport Authority (NTA). All vehicles are fully insured, licensed SPSVs carrying official NTA vehicle plates.
2. Fixed-Fare Pricing & Toll Inclusions
All online bookings feature 100% fixed-rate fares. Your confirmed booking quote includes all statutory VAT, Irish motorway tolls (including Dublin M50 barrier-free eFlow and Dublin Port Tunnel charges), airport barrier fees, and luggage carriage. Unlike street-metered taxis, our passengers are never subject to traffic delay penalties or peak-hour surge pricing.
3. Airport Meet & Greet & Flight Tracking
When booking an airport collection (Dublin Airport Terminal 1 & 2, Shannon, Cork, or Belfast), our operations desk tracks your incoming flight number in real-time. If your flight is delayed or lands early, pickup times are automatically updated at no extra charge. All airport pickups include up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the aircraft's confirmed touchdown.
4. Passenger & Luggage Capacities
For passenger safety and legal compliance, the number of passengers and luggage items must not exceed the certified capacity of the vehicle class reserved (Standard Saloon: up to 4 passengers; Executive Mercedes: up to 3-4 passengers; MPV / Minibus: up to 8 passengers). Oversized sporting equipment, golf clubs, or infant safety seats must be declared at the time of booking.
5. Cancellation, Modifications & Refunds
Bookings may be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time through our online Manage Booking portal or by contacting our 24/7 Irish dispatch desk (+353 1 800 3473). Cancellations made within the eligible window receive a 100% full refund to the original payment method.
